These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and taka71 ("taka71", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at taka71.club ("the Platform"). These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which taka71 operates.
